In conventional recovery system, condensate goes to Feed Water Tank and then fed to Boiler. This has typically a loss in energy in range of 5-15% & loss of Water & Chemical.
We can design a condensate recovery system in which condensate is fed directly to Boiler, which helps in energy recovery & reduce water and chemical losses. This system improves overall system efficiency by at least 10-15%.
